Privacy and appointment data
How Vivendi uses contact details from appointment requests, sends requests to the administrator and handles technical data.
Vivendi uses the name, phone number and optional comment provided in the form to contact you and arrange an appointment. The request is sent to the responsible clinic staff member through Telegram. Do not use this form to send medical documents or detailed health information.
For protection against duplicate submissions, the website stores a request identifier and hashes. Names and phone numbers are not recorded in the website’s technical database. Anti-duplicate records expire after 24 hours and are removed during subsequent requests. Messages delivered to the administrator are stored separately in Telegram.
The embedded map is loaded from Google Maps. Instagram and Telegram links open those services, whose own data policies apply.
If Google Analytics is enabled, it is used for visit and interaction statistics. The form code does not send your name, phone number or comment to analytics.
For questions about use or deletion of request data, contact vivendi.kiev@gmail.com or +380 63 920 20 02.
Binotel callback
This website includes the Binotel GETCALL widget. If you request a callback through it, the phone number you enter is sent to Binotel to arrange a call with the clinic. The widget is loaded from Binotel servers; that service processes data under its own terms.
